Hi Beverly,. Thank you for your quick response! However, checking background images and colors does not work. I'm not good with screenshots, but I think you want to see the version of Word I'm using. I can not print in color in Word or Excel. It does not give me the option to do so. Has anybody resolved this issue? This thread is locked.
